PURPOSE: Conjugates comprising oligonucleotide and hydrophilic polymers for gene transfer, hybrid polyion complex micelles and preparation methods thereof are provided, thereby effectively transferring the oligonucleotide within a cell, and exhibiting the activity of antisense oligonucleotide at relatively low concentration. CONSTITUTION: Conjugates comprising oligonucleotide and hydrophilic polymers for gene transfer are provided, wherein the terminal group of the oligonucleotide is covalently coupled to the hydrophilic polymers; the hydrophilic polymer is selected from nonionic polymers having the molecular weight of 500; the molecular weight of oligonucleotide is selected from between 1,000 to 50,000; the hydrophilic polymer is selected from polyethyleneglycol, polyvinylpyrrolidone, and polyoxazoline; the bond between oligonucleotide and hydrophilic polymer is selected from amide bond, carbamate bond, hydrazone bond, phosphoroamidate bond, acetal bond, disulfide bond, ester bond, and anhydride bond; and the antisense oligonucleotide comprises a portion or the total of c-myc, c-myb, c-fos, or c-jun.
