PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a mandrel for bending which can surely prevent the occurrence of the deformation such as wrinkles at the inside of the bending during bending. SOLUTION: A plug 12 is in a disk shape, and a through-hole 16 is formed to the roughly central part of the plug 12. A flexible member 18 is inserted in the through-holes 16 of a plurality of the plugs. One end of the flexible member 18 is fixed to a shank 14. A plurality of the plugs 12 are arranged side by side. The plug 12 is mounted to the shank 14 in that state. Further, an inclined face 28, whose outer peripheral side is made gradually thinner from the roughly central part of each plug 12 toward the outer periphery, is formed to each plug 12. The inclined face 28 is in a planar shape of inclining from the roughly central part of each plug 12 toward the outer periphery. Also, a stopping hole 32 is bored to penetrate each plug 12 in parallel with the through-hole 16.
