<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a questionnaire acquisition method allowing performance of an acquisition process for a questionnaire without affecting a conventional service execution process performed between an ATM and an account-type host computer, without increasing a transaction between the ATM and the account-type host computer. <P>SOLUTION: A branch store A 1008 installed with an ATM 1009 is installed with a branch store A computer 1010, and the branch store A computer 1010 is managed by an information-type host computer 1004. When executing an authentication/settlement process between the ATM 1009 and the account-type host computer 1002, the branch store A computer 1010 starts displaying the questionnaire to a customer on the ATM 1009, acquires an answer to the questionnaire from the customer, and transmits, to the information-type host computer 1004 the acquired answer contents to the questionnaire. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
