PURPOSE: A manufacturing device of a metallic infinitesimal wire and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to produce the high quality metallic infinitesimal wire by drawing the metallic infinitesimal wire with vacuum pressure and pressure regardless of the kind of metal or alloy, and to increase the productivity by adjusting the bore and the section of the metallic infinitesimal wire. CONSTITUTION: A metallic infinitesimal wire manufacturing device comprises a hollow turndish chamber(10) opening and closing an upper case(18) with a pressure port(20) in the upper part, a turndish melting pot(12) vertically installed in the turndish chamber to receive liquid metal, a heating unit(14) having hot wires in the outer periphery of the turndish melting pot, a radiation nozzle(16) formed in the turndish chamber and composed of plural penetration holes(16a) passing liquid metal, a radiation chamber(30) installed in the lower part of the turndish chamber to store the metallic infinitesimal wire drawn out of the penetration hole of the radiation nozzle and composed of a lower case(38) and an inlet(32) with an opening valve(34), a vacuum pump(36) forming vacuum in the radiation chamber, and a cooling unit(40) cooling the radiation chamber by winding a cooling pipe(42) flowing coolant or refrigerant.
