Light-emitting elements (20) are evenly distributed in a housing (60) having an integral transparent plate (610). The transparent plate comprises light influencing elements (611) having a refractive and reflective effect to homogenize the light from the light-emitting elements. The light influencing elements comprises grooves or strips of U- or V-shaped cross-section, in the surface of the transparent plate.
