Assembly piece of the rivet type, comprising a male ejectable rivet pin exhibiting an enlarged part at one end and an elongate female, conducting, body (5) through which passes an axial passage (11) into which the said pin may be inserted, this body exhibiting an intermediate collar (13) delimiting lower and upper sections, this body being made from a deformable material in order to be crushed, thereby forming a head (bead) (5'b). According to the invention, the piece is characterised in that it is used as an electrical connector for supplying electrical power to a conducting piece (21), such as a mesh resistor.
