PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor integrated circuit device capable of decreasing crosstalk without the need for increasing the number of external low impedance terminals. SOLUTION: The semiconductor integrated circuit device for receiving/outputting a plurality of systems of high frequency signals is provided with second external terminals 225, 227, 229, 2211with higher impedance than that of first external terminals 222, 224, 226, 228, 2210, 2212located among the first external terminals 222, 224, 226, 228, 2210, 2212for receiving/outputting the high frequency signals; and a capacitive element one terminal of which is connected to the second external terminals 225, 227, 229, 2211and to the other terminal of which a prescribed level is set.
