PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor integrated circuit device capable of decreasing crosstalk without the need for increasing the number of external low impedance terminals. SOLUTION: The semiconductor integrated circuit device for receiving/outputting a plurality of systems of high frequency signals is provided with second external terminals 22<SB>5</SB>, 22<SB>7</SB>, 22<SB>9</SB>, 22<SB>11</SB>with higher impedance than that of first external terminals 22<SB>2</SB>, 22<SB>4</SB>, 22<SB>6</SB>, 22<SB>8</SB>, 22<SB>10</SB>, 22<SB>12</SB>located among the first external terminals 22<SB>2</SB>, 22<SB>4</SB>, 22<SB>6</SB>, 22<SB>8</SB>, 22<SB>10</SB>, 22<SB>12</SB>for receiving/outputting the high frequency signals; and a capacitive element one terminal of which is connected to the second external terminals 22<SB>5</SB>, 22<SB>7</SB>, 22<SB>9</SB>, 22<SB>11</SB>and to the other terminal of which a prescribed level is set.
