PURPOSE: A hook structure of a thin metal material and a method for bending the same are provided to restore a sinking area into a smooth area formed through a bending process. CONSTITUTION: A hook structure of thin metal material has an extending part(2) having a narrow width straightly extending from the metal material. The extending part(2) is bent by 90 degrees. The 90 degree bending of the extending part(2) and the formation of a restoration part(4) are achieved by a hook bending apparatus(10) having a base(16), a supporting molding(14), a spring member(18) and a core member(19). The supporting molding(14) is supported by the spring member(14) on the base(16). The core member(19) is fixed to the base(16).
