PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative display body with which a great variety of decoration variations can be realized in four directions when a display object is clearly displayed. SOLUTION: The decorative display body 1 includes a base material 4 having a display surface 3 where the display object 7 such as a character is visibly displayed and a coating member 5 which is provided covering the display surface. The coating member is constituted including a film 8 made of colored transparent synthetic resin and a swell layer 9 which is fixed to one surface of the film and made of colorless transparent synthetic resin swelling in a convex lens shape toward the opposite side from the film. The surface on the opposite side from one surface of the film where the swell layer is fixed is provided opposite to the display surface and then the coating member is fixed to the base material.
