The mill has >=1 horizontally disposed grinding tube with an insulating jacket, and connecting means disposed between the grinding tube and its supporting frame which have heat insulating properties and are effective to transmit the acceleration forces due to the vibrating movement from the frame to the grinding tube. The connecting means may comprise cylindrical webs around the grinding tube made of procelain, quartz glass, industrial glass or polytetrafluoroethylene. Alternatively a flexible strip may suspend the grinding tube within the frame. |
