<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a humidifier at a low cost with minimized man-hour to respond to a request of high-mix low-volume production while improving the reliability, and to enable the reuse even if it is defective in an inspection stage. <P>SOLUTION: This humidifier comprises a humidifying function part 1 for working air of dry atmosphere to air of humidifying atmosphere, and a water supplying part 2 for supplying water to the humidifying function part 1, which is bonded thereto. Each of the humidifying function part 1 and the water supplying part 2 is formed of a porous moisture permeable body or nonporous humidity permeable body which is impermeable of water but permeable of steam, and formed into an integrated unit. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
