PURPOSE: Provided is a resin composition for extrusion coating and extrusion lamination, which is used as packaging materials for mechanical products, electronic products, heavy products and semiconductors by excellent electrical insulation property and wear resistance. CONSTITUTION: The resin composition having high insulation property and wear resistance for extrusion coating and extrusion lamination comprises a low-density polyethylene(LDPE) resin or ethylene vinyl acetate(EVA) resin as a base resin, polymethylpentene(PMP) resin and Neuburg siliceous earth. In the resin composition, the mixing ratio of the base resin to polymethylpentene resin is 1:99-99:1 on the weight basis, and the Neuburg siliceous earth is present in an amount of 1-10 parts by weight per 100 parts by weight of the combined weight of the base resin and PMP resin.
