PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a molding apparatus which can vent gas more effectively and is excellent in work efficiency. SOLUTION: The molding apparatus X1 is provided with: a molding die 10 having penetrating holes penetrated from a cavity to a space at the outside of the cavity; extruding members 20 inserted into the penetrating holes and for extruding a molded body P molded by supplying a molding material into the cavity 12 from the molding die 10; and a driving means 70 for shifting the extruding members 20 in a direction of the arrow AB along the penetrating holes. The extruding members 20 are provided with: a gas-vent notching part for introducing the air and/or gas present in the cavity to the space at the outside of the cavity; a first removing part for removing the above molded material present in the penetrating holes, when the extruding members 20 are shifted in the direction of the arrow A along the penetrating holes; and a second removing part for removing the above molded material present in the penetrating holes when the extruding members 20 are shifted in the direction of the arrow B along the penetrating holes.
