PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device making the environment contacting the bottom of a ship into a closed stagnant zone which is not a life-bearing environment, and rubbing the bottom of the ship by a wave force with a rubbing body to prevent breeding of a barnacle, a shellfish, or seaweeds and adhesion of a scale on the bottom of the ship. SOLUTION: The device includes a buoyant body (1) with a shape corresponding to the bottom of the ship, fixed handles (2), the rubbing body (3) not causing damage on the bottom of the ship, which is provided in a part contacted with the bottom of the ship, an opening/closing door (4) provided in the ship entrance of the buoyant body, door opening/closing tools (5), a door opening/closing guide (6), a fixed weight (7), and a fixed rope (8).
