PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ventilating device for a vehicle capable of preventing the intrusion of water into the vehicle while suitably maintaining a ventilating function. SOLUTION: This ventilating device for the vehicle is constituted of a duct body and a cover, and a ventilating aperture having an upper part opened to a cabin inner side and a lower part opened to the duct body side is provided on the cover. Water intrusion into a cabin is shut out by the cover, and an air passage from the inside of the cabin to the outside of the cabin is secured by the ventilating aperture formed at the cover, and thereby the ventilating function of the ventilating device for the vehicle can be suitably maintained.
