PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an electronic mail from being received from a third person even when an electronic mail address is known to the third person. SOLUTION: An electronic mail terminal 10 generates an encrypted character string 205 encrypting a composite character string 204 including an Mr.B address 202 of the other side Mr.B as designation information. The electronic mail terminal 10 generates a sender designation address 209 by adding a domain name 208 of a user Mr.A of the electronic mail terminal 10, version information 206 of a public key and a header character string 207 to the encrypted character string 205. The terminal of Mr.B transmits an electronic mail including the sender designation address 209 through the Internet 100 as the transmission destination according to the operation of Mr.B. Then, an electronic mail server 20 executes the reception accepting processing of the electronic mail including the sender designation address 209 as the transmission destination.
