<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrolyte composition excellent in mechanical properties and electrochemical properties. <P>SOLUTION: The electrolyte composition uses (1) a cross-linking body of a polyether binary copolymer, (2) an electrolyte comprising an aprotic organic solvent, (3) an additive containing an ether compound having an ethylene oxide unit, if necessary, and (4) a lithium salt compound.
