PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration damping structure in a weaving machine, capable of producing a vibration damping effect at a low cost. SOLUTION: This vibration damping structure in the weaving machine is formed by attaching a vibration damping member to a frame member of the weaving machine, wherein the vibration damping member has at least first and second platelike members of which the one is laid on the other and together combined so as not to be relatively moved.
