PURPOSE: An optical connector and a cable therefor are provided to increase an endurance of a wire by including power lines and image signal lines in a connector. CONSTITUTION: An optical connector includes an optical fiber, a housing(230), a locker(240), a female adapter(250), and an optical fiber guide tube(260). The housing encloses a perimeter of the optical fiber and a wire. The locker includes a combining protrusion corresponding to a combining protrusion implemented on the perimeter of the housing. The female adapter includes female adapter spheres of a number corresponding to the number of male adapter spheres implemented in a body. The female adapter spheres are coupled with the wire via a solder tin. The optical fiber guide tube is extended from the female adapter to a front portion, and includes the optical fiber therein. The optical fiber guide tube is coupled with the body and receives a light from a light source in the body.
