<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a take-up spool for an ultrafine wire, wherein a gripping between a take-up drum and a collet is prevented to enhance a workability in attaching and detaching the receiving drum. <P>SOLUTION: The take-up spool comprises a take-up drum 2, a collet 3 which is inserted into the take-up drum 2 and is formed so that inner edges of both ends thereof are tapered to make narrow toward the inside, a pair of squeezers 4a, 4b which are rotated integrally with a rotary axis 5, are mounted to be displaceable in an axial line direction, and are brought into sliding contact with a tapered part of the collet 3, a cam 8 which is mounted rotatably to the take-up drum 2 and presses and moves the squeezer 4a toward the squeezer 4b together with an axial end of the rotary axis 5, and a spring 12 for elastically pressing the squeezer 4b toward the squeezer 4a.
