PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-frequency apparatus capable of surely preventing coming-off of a connector part, and excellent in assembly workability. SOLUTION: In this high-frequency apparatus, a connector member 5 has: a first connector part 7 mounted to a circuit board 4; and a second connector part 8 capable of being inserted into and extracted from the first connector part 7; a case 10 is composed of: a frame body 2 with the circuit board 4 mounted; and a cover 3 mounted so as to cover an open part of the frame body 2; and a coming-off prevention member 12 formed of an insulation material for preventing coming-off of the connector part 8 is disposed between the cover 3 and the connector member 5. Thus, even if the connector part 8 is about to move upward by vibration or shock, the connector part 8 is prevented from moving upward by the prevention member 12, and never comes off from the connector part 7.
