PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the easier pulling out of rolled paper even manually. SOLUTION: In a rolled paper supplying device which has a holder body for turnably supporting the rolled paper and a lid part which has one end thereof turnably supported in the direction of approaching or separating from the rolled paper and contacts the rolled paper on the side of the other end part thereof, the lid part houses a feed roller 7 for feeding the rolled paper and a drive part 8 adapted to rotatively drive the feed roller 7. With this, the feed roller 7 is disposed on the side of the other end from the center of the rotation of the rolled paper 2 while the drive part 8 has a motor 13 for driving, a deceleration mechanism 14 for transmitting the rotary torque of the motor 13 for driving to the feed roller 7 and a one-way clutch 17 for transmitting the rotation of the motor 13 for driving to the feed roller 7.
