PURPOSE: A driving device and a shutter device with the same for a small camera are provided to apply for the small camera installed in a communication terminal by reducing the size of the shutter device. CONSTITUTION: A shutter device for a small camera is composed of a base unit installed in a body tube of the camera and formed with a light through-hole(122,212) for transiting the light to a lens group mounted in the body tube; a shutter unit disposed at the base unit to open and close the light through-hole; a first coil(180) taken up several times and fixed on the base unit to receive the power from the outside; a first magnet(184) positioned in a distance exposed to a magnetic field of the first coil; a first rotor(190) embedded with the first magnet in an eccentric position, shaft -supported by a base(100) to expose selectively first and second polarities of the first magnet to the magnetic field of the first coil and to transmit power generated by a rotary motion; an iris unit arranged on the base unit to regulate exposure of the light through-hole; a second coil(220) wound and fastened on the base unit to receive the power; a second magnet(224) positioned in the distance exposed to the magnetic field of the second coil; and a second rotor(230) embedded with the second magnet in an eccentric position and shaft-supported by the base to expose selectively first and second polarities of the second magnet to the magnetic field of the second coil and to transmit power generated by a rotary motion to the iris unit.
