DOMESTIC REFUSE COLLECTING SYSTEM, REFUSE COLLECTING BAG WITH IC TAG, DOMESTIC REFUSE COLLECTION MANAGING SYSTEM, DOMESTIC REFUSE COLLECTION MANAGING METHOD, AND DOMESTIC REFUSE COLLECTION MANAGING PROGRAM

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable accurate recognition of a refuse discharging situation of each home or district and providing of incentive to refuse reduction using the data.

SOLUTION: In this system, a GPS terminal device 110 loaded in a refuse collection truck 100 receives, from an antenna 120, present positional information of the refuse collection truck 100 received from a GPS Satellite 400, acquisition date of the positional information, and a signal issued by an IC tag 210 attached to a refuse collection bag 200, and transmits an IC tag code read by a tag reader 130 and receiving date of the IC tag code at a predetermined timing to a server 300 of a managing center via a radio communication net 500. Thus, the managing center side can accurately recognize refuse collection places, kinds of refuse, and amount of refuse.
