PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a speed-change controller of a traveling vehicle capable of performing proper and rapid automatic speed change even in operations in which vehicle speed zones are different from each other. SOLUTION: This speed-change controller of the traveling vehicle stores the main speed-change shift positions of main speed change devices 41 and 43 in which cumulative service time at each auxiliary speed-change shift position of an auxiliary speed-change device 44 is longest for each operation mode performed by operating a working machine 16 and, when the auxiliary speed-change shift position is controllably switched by a speed-change lever 18, switches the main speed-change devices 41 and 43 to the main speed-change shift position in which the cumulative service time stored for each operation mode is longest. Since the speed-change device can be operated instantaneously to a target speed-change shift position with high use frequency according to each operation mode, operating labor on an operator can be reduced by reducing the number of operations of the manual speed-change switch 36 of the main speed-change devices 41 and 43.
