PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joint method of members of high workability and economical efficiency, and not needing the management and skill of high degree, capable of being properly executed at a job site under severe construction environment, and solving a problem on the increase of the cost for machining, the cost for material and the cost for fastening work, as bolts are not essential components. SOLUTION: A plurality of through holes 3 are formed on end parts of joined members 1 and a splint material 2 in an aligned state, end parts of the joined members 1 are butted, the splint material 2 is placed on their side face, the through holes 3 are aligned, a filler material is poured into the aligned through holes, so that the joined members are butted and joined by bearing effect obtained by hardening the filler material.
