PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for spraying powder and granular materials for decoration, which can irregularly spray the powder and granular materials for decoration such as silica sand onto the surface of a decorative building board used for an outer wall of a house, or the like, and present a natural material-feeling on the decorative surface, and to provide a method for producing the decorative building board using the device. SOLUTION: The device for spraying powder and granular materials for decoration is provided with a rotary roller means (1) having a large number of opening parts (8) receiving the powder and granular materials for decoration (4) on the surface and making them drop irregularly from the opening parts (8), and a supply means (2) of powder and granular materials for decoration supplying the powder and granular materials for decoration (4) to the rotary roller means (1). The method enables the production of the decorative building board excellent in a natural decoration appearance by irregularly spraying the powder and granular materials for decoration (4) onto the surface of the decorative building board by using the device.
