<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide concentrated-juice frozen confectionery where such defects that almost the confectionery such as ice cream, crushed ice or ice candy is eaten while crushing the frozen confectionery to dissolve it to another beverage but most of them is taken as it is, and that the beverage becomes watery when adding ice, shaved ice or ice candy; and to provide a method for producing the frozen confectionery. <P>SOLUTION: The concentrated-juice frozen confectionery is obtained through the following process: freezing juice concentrated into around 150-300% at approximately -5°C to -30°C to make frozen confectionery not yet perfectly solidified; and crushing the frozen confectionery because of being soft to easily mash. The thus-obtained concentrated-juice frozen confectionery is mixed with the other beverage (drinking water, juice, alcohol, milk or the like) so that the non-solidified part of the concentrated-juice confectionery and the beverage are blended with each other, and the solidified part is gradually melted out so as not to become watery until finishing drinking so as to keep its coldness. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
