<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a solar cell, in particular, a space solar cell in which a substrate thickness can be reduced exponentially as compared to a conventional method by the same easy handling as that of the conventional method, and which is superior in radiation resistance. <P>SOLUTION: A method of manufacturing the solar cell is composed by forming an electrode on the surface of a semiconductor substrate which constitutes the solar cell adhering the surface in which the electrode of the semiconductor substrate is formed to a support substrate, and processing the semiconductor substrate to form a thin film semiconductor substrate. The method of manufacturing the solar cell is based on forming an inter connector connected to the electrode after forming the electrode and before adhering the surface in which the electrode of the semiconductor substrate is formed to the support substrate.
