PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a screwless locking mechanism for a rim of spectacles capable of easily, surely and stably locking constituent components such as an end piece and a bridge on the rim through one action without using a screw at all. SOLUTION: The screwless locking mechanism for a rim of spectacles is constituted of the rim 1 equipped with a pair of upper and lower insertion pins 11/11 at its side edge part; a joint component 2 being a coupling component attached to the end of the end piece E and/or the bridge B, equipped with a rim surrounding groove 22 on a surface opposed to the rim 1, and provided with through-holes 21 which the pins 11/11 can be inserted through on the bottom of the groove 22; and a fastener component 3 being a plate body applied to the outer surface of the joint component 2, equipped with coupling sleeves 31 corresponding to the pins 11/11 of the rim 1 and the through-holes 21 of the joint component 2, and constituted so that the sleeves 31 receive and engage with the pins 11/11 in a state where they pierce through the through-holes 21.
