PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent shrinkage blow holes from being formed in a crossing part between a rib and a general part, even in the case of selecting an Al-Mg base alloy having low castability. SOLUTION: In the Al-Mg alloy-made cast parts with the ribs 4 positioned in a recessed part 3 of a shell-structural general part 2, the rib 4 is set so that the thickness b mm of the rib 4 becomes thicker by≥[a+1] mm than the thickness a mm of the general part 2, and after solidifying the general part 2, the rib 4 is directionally solidified to prevent the shrinkage blow holes from being formed in the crossing part P between the rib and the general part, and even in the case of not applying heat treatment, the effective utilization of the Al-Mg base alloy having high strength and elongation can be obtained.
