摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the generation of a low cut part when the pulse wave data of a human body detected by a pulse wave detection sensor are high-pass filtered with a high-pass filter, amplified and subjected to analog/digital conversion. SOLUTION: A processor is provided with a voltage applying circuit 6 for imparting required application voltage so as not to generate the low cut part in the pulse wave data to a high-pass filter circuit 3 in the high-pass processing of the pulse wave data in the high-pass filter circuit 3.
