<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a consumer to exactly judge article information and to economically do shopping. <P>SOLUTION: IC tags 21, 22, 23 storing the article information are attached to each article 11, 12, 13. An IC tag reader terminal 40 receives the article information as radio data from the IC tags 21, 22, 23. A control section 41 stores the received article information on a storage device 42. When a consumer inputs an article to be purchased, the control section 41 extracts all the article information corresponding to the article to be purchased from the storage device 42. The control section 41 compares each piece of article information and sorts the article information in a sequence according to the ascending order of article prices.
