PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reproduction method for raising the purity of reproduced chlorofluorocarbon, mixing neither air nor oil in the reproduced chlorofluorocarbon. SOLUTION: As a basic means of the reproduction method of recovered chlorofluorocarbon, the recovered chlorofluorocarbon is taken out in a liquid state and fed into an evaporator which is heated to gasify the recovered chlorofluorocarbon in the liquid state, and the gasified recovered chlorofluorocarbon is fed into a condensing process and liquefied again. Impurities such as air, oil and moisture are thereby eliminated from the recovered chlorofluorocarbon to carry out evaporation purification. Further, the recovered chlorofluorocarbon with two or more kinds of chlorofluorocarbon mixed is taken out in the liquid state and fed into the evaporator which is heated to gasify the recovered chlorofluorocarbon in the liquid state in a state of the chlorofluorocarbon with a lower boiling point having a larger composition ratio, and the gasified recovered chlorofluorocarbon is fed into the condensing process and liquefied again. The specific chlorofluorocarbon is thereby recovered from the recovered chlorofluorocarbon with two or more kinds of chlorofluorocarbon mixed, and impurities such as air, oil and moisture are eliminated to carry out distillation purification.
