PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packing paper mounting mechanism of a medicine packaging machine capable of using a roll paper in common even if outside diameter of a support shaft body in a paper feeding part of the used dividing and packaging machine and engaging means differ. SOLUTION: This packing paper mounting mechanism is provided with a friction engaging means 11 fitted on an existing core 6 to enable rotation inside a core pipe 12 of the common roll paper 5 having such inside diameter that can be fitted in the existing core 6 positioned on a packing paper support shaft in the paper feeding part in the medicine dividing and packaging machine.
