AUTOMATIC RICE POLISHING APPARATUS WITH RICE CLEANING FUNCTION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic rice polishing apparatus with a rice cleaning function which can suppress quality degradation due to excessive rise in temperature while continuously and quickly performing rice polishing treatment and rice cleaning treatment by simple constitution. SOLUTION: The automatic rice polishing apparatus with the rice cleaning function is provided with a rice polishing machine 3 equipped with a milling section which can set milling for rice polishing treatment or rice cleaning treatment, a conveyance passage 4 for carrying polished rice from the rice polishing machine 3 and a charge tank 2 for receiving the polished rice from the milling section. Thus the automatic rice polishing apparatus with the rice cleaning function is constituted so that both rice polishing treatment and rice cleaning treatment are shared and further a cooling means 6 of the cleaned rice is provided in the conveyance passage 4.
