PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hair raising acceleration device constituted so as to enhance safety from an aspect of health and capable of allowing stimulation to efficiently act on the blood vessels of the scalp. SOLUTION: The hair raising acceleration device is equipped with a terminal body 3 having first and second low-frequency terminals 32 respectively connected to an anode and a cathode to produce low-frequency and a main body 1 for supporting the terminal body 3. The low-frequency terminals 32 are constituted so as to be capable of being brought into contact with the scalp S. Further, a high-frequency terminal is provided between the first and second low-frequency terminals and may be constituted so as to be capable of being brought into contact with the scalp S.
