PURPOSE: A tire air pressure and wheel speed transmission device is provided to cut down expenses and manpower caused by existing overlapped wires by processing a signal of a tire air pressure sensor and a signal of a wheel speed sensor via a single wire. CONSTITUTION: A tire air pressure and wheel speed transmission device comprises a tire pressure sensor(100) attached to a side of a tire to sense the air pressure of the tire and to output a tire air pressure signal; a wheel speed sensor(200) connected to the tire pressure sensor in series to output a combined signal formed by combining the tire air pressure signal with a wheel speed signal sensing the rotational speed of a tone wheel rotating together with a wheel(10); and a signal divide part(300) receiving the combined signal and dividing the combined signal into the tire air pressure signal and the wheel speed signal.
