The rocker lever (1) for a lift-variable valve gear in the cylinder head of an internal combustion engine has a housing (2), a roller element (3) on one side with a rotational point (3') on a cam track, and a control track (4) on an intermediate element for a gas exchange valve. The housing and the control track are manufactured in one piece by means of a powder-metallurgical injection moulding process, and the housing has a reinforcing structure (5).
