PURPOSE: Provided is a leg stretching exercise machine with an improved structure to prevent ankle ache and foot injuries during the exercise and thus, to reduce possible accidents. CONSTITUTION: The leg stretching exercise machine includes a frame(10); a seat(20) installed at the frame(10); a leg stretching unit(30) enabling a user to stretch or draw in his legs placed on the seat(20); and a control panel(50) for controlling the leg stretching unit(30) based on data relevant to a stretching designated by the user. In particular, the leg stretching unit(30) includes a shaft(32) and a driving unit(40) driven by a control signal from the control panel(50). The control panel(50) includes an on/off switch(52), an angle setting unit(54), and a timer(56).
