<p>A guide unit (3) assembled of an upper (15) and a lower part (14) is screwed to the lower surface of the seat area of a chair. A flat element (1, 2) with stops (4, 5, 6, 7) at both ends can be longitudinally moved inside the guide unit (3) and joined to a similar element (1, 2) attached to the adjacent chair by engaging a projection (10) located at the joint element (1, 2) of one unit with an opening (12) positioned at an extension (11) at the complimentary element (1, 2).</p> |
