PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To commonly use the metallic mold, which is used to mold the other ends of a lid, for the lids having various lengths by constituting the molding part of the metallic mold, that is used to form one end of the longitudinal direction of the lid, with the slide core, with which the length of the mold is made ajustable, positioning the core at a desired position in the longitudinal direction and conducting an injection molding. SOLUTION: The length of the inner lid of a home use digital video cassette(DVC) in its longitudinal direction is set to be a+b. By loading a nesting metallic mold 5a, a cavity having a length a+b is formed. The inner lid of a commercial DVC has a different length with respect to the home use DVC inner lid only in the longitudinal direction. The movable metallic mold and the fixed metallic mold are same to the metallic mold of the home use DVC and the length of the inner lid of the commercial DVC in the longitudinal direction is a+c. By mounting a nesting metallic mold 5b, which is provided with the molding section having a length c, the cavity having a length a+c is formed. |
