PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a navigator for grasping the features of an intersection that is branched by a guidance audio. SOLUTION: A navigation controller 1 includes a map buffer 16 for storing various kinds of data for map display and path search, a path search processing part 36 for performing path search processing and path guidance processing, a guidance path memory 38, and an intersection guidance part 46. The path search processing part 36 extracts a next branch intersection based on data stored at the guidance path memory 38 on path guidance and at the same time specifies the features (for example, an intersection shape) of the intersection based on the map data stored in the map buffer 16, and guides the features of the specified intersection with a voice by the intersection guidance part 46. |
