CONDENSER INTEGRATED WITH RECEIVER TANK, MAINLY CONCERNED WITH REDUCING ASSEMBLING MAN-HOUR AND SIMPLIFYING STRUCTURE

摘要

PURPOSE: A condenser integrated with a receiver tank is provided to reduce assembling man-hour and simplify a structure by directly connecting the receiver tank to a header of the condenser. CONSTITUTION: A condenser has two header pipes(20,22) separated from each other, a plurality of tubes(24) installed between the header pipes in parallel, a plurality of heat dissipating fins(26) installed between the plurality of tubes, and a receiver tank(28) integratedly combined with one of the header pipes. The receiver tank is divided into a lower body(38) integratedly brazed to the header pipe(22), having communicative holes communicated with the header pipe(22), and an upper body(40) combined with an upper part of the lower body to be brazed.
