PURPOSE: A system and a method for a selective AD(ADvertisement) using a short text message including a surprise sale event technique without a spam AD are provided to offer useful information to a customer, and offer an advertiser with a real-time AD effect and an AD expense saving effect by transmitting only the useful AD eliminating the spam AD at an AD reception step. CONSTITUTION: A web server(10) controls/manages an SMS engine(11), a settlement system server(12), an AD area database(13), a member management database(16), a transmission sentence table(14), an event judging module(15), and an advertiser management database(17), and transmits/receives data according to a request from the outside. The event judging module judges that a text message AD event made/requested from the advertiser forms the proper event requested from the web server. The SMS engine transforms a requested text message AD of an HTML(HyperText Markup Language) format into a language fit to each mobile communication company terminal and transmits the transferred message. |
