LADLE HAVING EASY DESLAGGING FUNCTION BY LADLE RING IN THE STATE THAT THE LADLE RING IS INSTALLED TO ADHERE CLOSELY TO LADLE MAIN BODY

摘要

PURPOSE: To provide a ladle with easy deslagging function capable of slagging off the whole slag floated on an upper part of molten steel in the ladle although skull and slag are stuck to an upper edge portion of the ladle. CONSTITUTION: In a ladle(1) at both sides of an outer part of which trunions(12) are installed such that the trunions face each other, and which is rotated around the trunions with a main winding hook of overhead crane being mounted on the trunions, the ladle with easy deslagging function comprises a ladle body(10) on which the trunions are formed, and in which molten steel are contained; a ladle ring(20) rotatably mounted on an upper part of the ladle body; and a ladle rotation means for closely adhering the ladle ring to an upper part of the ladle body when the ladle body is set up and rotating the ladle ring when the ladle body is rotated.
