OPTICAL TRANSCEIVER WITH RECEPTACLE HAVING OPTICAL ABERRATION CORRECTION

PURPOSE: An optical transceiver is provided to improve optical focusing compensation performance by compensating a laser diode optical signal to a planar lens by varying a length of a bar-type lens. CONSTITUTION: An optical transceiver includes a cylindrical package(72) having mounted laser diode and photodiode and a package sleeve for fixing the optical package. The optical transceiver further includes a planar lens(73), a bar-type lens(74), and a fixing member(75). The planar lens is implemented on the cylindrical package to pass an optical signal. The bar-type lens is implemented to be apart from the planar lens with a predetermined distance and compensates an angle error of the optical signal from the planar lens. The fixing member separately fixes the planar and bar-type lenses. An optical focusing of the laser diode optical signal to the planar lens is adjusted by varying the length of the bar-type lens.
