PURPOSE: A water meter case having a yellow soil insulation layer is provided to prevent a water meter from being frozen in a winter season by constructing the water meter case with an inner case and an outer case. CONSTITUTION: A water meter case having a yellow soil insulation layer includes an inner case(11) and an outer case(12), which have the same sectional shape with a different size. The inner case(11) is coupled to the outer case(12). A yellow soil mortar is filled between the inner case(11) and the outer case(12), and the yellow mortar is solidified in order to form an insulation layer(13) of the water meter case(10). The water meter(60) is received in the water meter case(10), and the water meter case(10) is used for preventing the water meter(60) from freezing in the winter season. |
