PURPOSE: A solution recovery circulation-type powder drying machine is provided to enable organic or inorganic powder contained in a waste solution to be rapidly trapped using a cyclone as small particles and the waste solution to be recovered so as not to be exhausted outside, thereby preventing environmental contamination. CONSTITUTION: The solution recovery circulation-type powder drying machine comprises: a waste solution container(1); an air compressor(2); a spray gun(3) for spraying a waste solution supplied from the waste solution container(1) and a compressed air supplied from the air compressor(2); a bell-shaped drying chamber(4); a burner(5); a first blower(6); a cyclone(7) for receiving and separating waste solution gas, powder and compressed air supplied from the drying chamber(4); a condenser(8) for condensing the waste solution gas transferred from the cyclone(7); a recovered waste solution container(9) for storing a waste solution condensed by the condenser(8); and a gas discharger(10) for discharging air transferred from the condenser(8).
