TUBE TYPED FAR-INFRARED HEATER COMPOSED OF A COMBUSTION FURNACE, A COMBUSTION FURNACE CAP AND AN AUXILIARY COMBUSTION FURNACE

PURPOSE: A far-infrared heater is provided to improve the connection defect of a combustion furnace, to absorb the noise from the heater, to effectively remove the smell from a combustion and to maximize the heating efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A burner comprises a rotary type to minimize the generation of noise. A combustion furnace cap(10) is formed in the upper part of a main combustion furnace(4) to be vertically installed in the upper part of the burner. The combustion furnace cap has an indirect heat plate to perform a secondary combustion and a heating for removing unburned powders and a smell from a primary combustion. A secondary combustion container and a secondary combustion net having many through holes are installed in the upper part of the main combustion furnace. A ventilating pipe(20) is installed in the upper part of the combustion furnace cap. The diameter of the ventilating pipe is larger than the diameter of an auxiliary combustion furnace(30) and the ventilating pipe has ventilating holes in both sides. Regenerating members are respectively inserted in branched portions of the combustion furnace cap. The auxiliary combustion furnace is connected with the combustion furnace cap and the ventilating pipe to perform a third combustion and a heating through the delayed rising effect of heat by delaying a heat circulation. The auxiliary combustion furnace is divided to a vertical delay pipe and a rising pipe by a folded pipe. A reflecting plate(40) is installed in the rear side of a heater to concentrate and reflect heat from the main combustion furnace, the auxiliary combustion furnace and the combustion furnace cap toward the front of the heater. The reflecting plate forms an octahedron by forming folded faces in upper rear corners and both rear corners.
